...hello everyone, today I'm sharing with you what Mr Postie brought, the loVely Kath from http://kath-allthatglitter.blogspot.co.uk/ had a few give aways at the beginning of the week one of them was Sir Tim's new Distress Inks!!...yep you read right, Kath was giving away all 3 new colours & all in exchange for a comment on which colour was your favourite...well I'm in loVe with BLUE so for me it was Peacock Feathers!...
...the adorable Buddy put a posting out from The Cubbyhole HQ the next day & my name was there in bold letters, It made my day I can tell you...
...these little beauties didn't mind posing alongside Kath's beautiful card...hop on over and check out Kath & Buddy you'll be blown away by this inspirational Duo...
...and here is my first make using the gorgeous trio...
...home is where the heart is...this manilla tag was inked up then put through a Texture Fade & given a light dusting of Faded Burlap DI...
...the ribbon is a mixture of Squeezed Lemonade & Peacock Feathers...
...I covered this wooded house with Tim's Tape and lightly brushed Peacock Feathers over it, added a bling heart & set it upon corrugated card...
...a name plate and job done!...

ReplyDeleteWonderful win, Mel. Very impressive use of those colors, too. I had NO idea what you meant by "put through a texture fade." Is that a technique or something on your die cutting machine? I know! I'm SO not with it most days (grin). But I love the tag, and that house is fabulous!!
