12 TAGS of 2012 - MAY

...don't think about making art, just get it done...let everyone else decide if it's good or bad, whether they loVe it or hate it...while they are deciding, make more art...
-Andy Warhol-

...hello everyone today I'm sharing with you my take on Tim's May Tag...I didn't have most of the ingredients needed but at the end of the day it's all about improvisation...

...I used Tim's Ideaology paper with the sewing pattern & went over all the print with a blue pen in the hope that when the tissue was down it would look like i'd stamped it (as have no stamps on this theme)...

...I made my own coat hanger pin with a standard paper clip, twisting the end with small bead pliers & added a few safty pins...black rafia used as a belt...

...hand sewn tape & the icle flowers were coated in Glossy Accents...

...thankyou for stopping by today...

  18. I stopped by earlier, but my computer froze up and "died." Had to reboot and start over. Of course, I was in the middle of trying to load tonight's AB lesson, too, so that threw me off.

I am BIG on improvisation. I especially like your hanger and use of the pen to simulate stamping. Really innovative and clever.

  19. Very creative, Mel, sometimes the improvised ideas are the best. Regarding the ATC swap, I am working on some flower ones after taking that class on friday, using Twinkling h2o paints. Hope that's ok with you. I am fine with anything (except maybe not the jubilee), Are you just swapping 1 per person? Barb
