  5. Love those hearts and beads - now there is a craft that I am strongly resisting as I know that it would be s slippery slope, so many beads twinkling and glistening, so little time, you can tell it would become an addiction, so I daren't go there!!

  19. Hi Mel

thanks for the visit - wow, isn't the weather aweful? I'm excited for you at the prospect of you having a full proper grown up desk... now get cracking that whip to ensure it is finished sometime soon.

I love those flowers you have done - are they done by using a dies or machine cut? Either way, they layer up really well. Those beaded hearts are really sweet too.

    Love Paula

  43. The flowers look good in the striped paper, something different. And I really like the gift wrap ideas too. I love making the wrapping match the theme of the card and gift - except little kids who just rip into it with gusto. :-)

  44. Those are some very artful and lovely looking flowers! Nice beaded hearts too - perhaps an interesting juxtaposition with your driftwood/beachy style? (Not to pigeonhole your style, of course - I just mean the work I've seen on your blog recently!). Have a fab week. Thanks for popping by my Pen Pot - I'm late looking this week! Deb x
