A BIT of RETRO @ IT'S CRAFTING TIME

...hello everyone I turst your well rested and looking forward to the week ahead...over at It's Carfting Time we have a little bit of Retro going on and today I'm sharing with you a card made with Retro colours & papers...




...I loVe the gorgeous colours of candy pink & blue and luckily I had some retro papers in my stash  with these very colours...


...these yummy base papers are by Basic Grey & My Minds Eye, the textured picture frame is cut from a Sizzix Die...

 
...this gorgeous layered flower is the new Poinsettia die from Tim Holtz...

 
...I used two layers for this flower and secured it with a stunning faux diamond earring...
 
 
...this butterfly was given a smidge of rock candy...


...lots of layers...


...loVe the colourway of this candy stripe bakers twine, perfect for holding the idea-ology name plate in place...

  7. This is stunning! That poinsettia looks like it is made from thin, thin balsa wood! Almost like you shaved a piece of balsa wood with a potatoe peeler!!! The earing made me smile and the use of the aqua and pink is perfect!!!
