HOWDIE

...expectation is the root of all heartache...
- William Shakespeare -

...hello everyone just a quick posting...today I'm sharing with you a canvas that I made for our monthly swap over at my dear friend May's the theme was to make a 12-12 with a title of YEE-HAW which was chosen by Barney...

...a 12-12 is not something I would choose to do and did struggle with this, so I was very pleased to learn our swap for next month is an Altered Matchbox...I'm looking forward to this theme & it will be my first...

...thank you for dropping by I'm glad your here...

  12. Great piece. You managed the challenge well.
I love 12x12 as there is far more white space for layouts but when it comes to altered art & canvas work I believe small is beautiful!

  30. This may have been out of your comfort zone, but I was truly impressed. I especially like the way you tore the fabric. This was really, really a wonderful piece of what I would call Americana. Beautifully constructed and executed.
